If you are interested in being a stallholder please fill in this form and we will be in touch. Spaces are limited (especially powered sites) so get in early. Stall payment is required to confirm your site.

Stall Holder Pricing - All based on 3x3m.

- General Stalls: $30, Double Site $60 
- Food in Stage Zone - $80 (No Power), $100 (Incl Power), Double Site/Trucks $150 (with or without Power)

Please be specific and enter your vehicle length when registering. That way we can accommodate you all.

Powered sites are a single 16AMP supply.

The organizing team will review all stall registrations to ensure they will fit within the space available and that there aren't too many stalls offering similar things. They will do their best to accommodate your requests for stall placements but cannot guarantee stalls will be in the identical position to previous years.
